to your germs, that is.  Flu and cold sea­son is upon us.  One of the best ways to stay healthy this sea­son is to wash your hands prop­erly.  The CDC urges kids and adults to wash their hands before eat­ing, and after using the restroom, blow­ing your nose, cough­ing, and touch­ing ani­mals or trash.

 

It’s impor­tant to use soap and work up a good rich lather all over your hands for 20 sec­onds before rins­ing.  Singing happy birth­day twice is just about the right amount of time and makes for a hap­pier hand wash­ing experience!
